Serving Organizations Since 1997

Since 1997, The Waverly Group-MidWest L.L.C. (TWG) has been providing training and consulting services to organizations in the private and public sector.

Guiding Principles

• Consulting must be integrated into the daily work of the organization. The consulting process is woven throughout planning, continuous improvement, and follow-up strategies.
• Consulting is participatory and collaborative.
• Consulting is multi-layered, flexible, adaptable, and responsive to the realities and needs of the client.
• Consulting is culturally and developmentally competent.
• Consulting is designed to facilitate change at the micro- and macro-level of systems (e.g. individual, interpersonal, and organizational). It is designed to build the capacity of people and organizations.
